You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email contact@norington.com with your order number or proof of purchase. We’ll send the return instructions and destination.
Returning your item
Please send your item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to return it. Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Items should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their tags and original packaging where possible. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to check the item may reduce the refund. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us if an item is damaged, faulty or different from its description. Include your order number and details of the problem so we can arrange an appropriate solution. We cover any required return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
To choose another size or style, arrange a return and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return and confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
For cancellations covered by UK consumer law, we refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them, whichever comes first. This legal deadline takes priority over the approval timeline above. If you cancel the whole order under those rights, we also refund the standard outward delivery charge.
Your cancellation rights
Our 30-day return-request window is in addition to your statutory rights. For eligible online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to send the item back. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
